"When they (the Hypocrites) stand up for Salaat they perform it without earnestness and want but to be seen by men and are mindful of Allah but little." (Al-Qur'an 4:142)

"Woe unto worshippers who are heedless of their Salaat; who want but to be seen at Salaat." (Al-Qur'an 107:4-6)

“Their flesh and their blood reach not Allah, but devotion from you reaches to him.” (Al-Qura’n 22:37)

"And those who guard their Salaat. They will dwell in Gardens, honoured. " (Al-Qur'an 70:34-35)

"Lo Salaat restrains from shameful and unjust deeds." (Al-Qur'an 29:45)

جس نے فجر کی نماز چھوڑی اس کے چہرے سے نور ختم کر دیا جاتا ہے
A person who does not perform the Fajr prayer, Allah vanishes the light (Noor) from his face. 

جس نے ظہر کی نماز چھوڑی اس کی روزی سے برکت ختم کر دی جاتی ہے
A person who does not perform zuhr prayer, Allah stops His blessings on his earnings.

جس نے عصر کی نماز چھوڑی اس کے بدن سے طاقت ختم کر دی جاتی ہے
A person who does not perform Asr prayer, Allah weakens his health.

جس نے مغرب کی نماز چھوڑی اسے اولاد سے کوئی فائدہ نہیں پہنچے گا
A person who does not perform the Maghrib prayer, will not receive any benefit from his offspring’s.

جس نے عشاء کی نماز چھوڑی اس کی نیند سے راحت ختم کر دی جاتی ہے
A person who does not perform the Isha prayer, Allah destroys his sleeping comfort.

نماز پڑھو! اس سے پہلے کہ تمہاری نماز پڑھی جائے
Perform prayer, before the prayer (funeral prayer) be performed on you.

بے شک نماز ہر طرح کی بے حیائی سے بچاتی ہے
Verily, the prayer restrains from shameful and unjust deeds
